Creon, the primary kingdom depicted in Time Jumpers, is a kingdom where space and time can be warped. As a result, it is considered to be between time and space. Shapers in Creon are called Wayminders. They can open portals from Creon (or, occasionally, Junction/Zeropolis) to other locations in Creon, other kingdoms in the Outskirts, or even other worlds entirely (namely Earth). Creon is protected by a mysterious barrier called the Mind Screen, which prevents those who leave the kingdom from remembering any of the events that occured there (besides the most general of information). This barrier makes it very difficult to remember anything from Creon. If anything is written down and then brought to another kingdom, it appears as gibberish (specifically a language called Creonese). Re-entering the kingdom restores all previous memories from Creon, but leaving again masks them. The most powerful shapers in Creon (typically Grand Shapers) can become Time Jumpers. Jumpers can travel in time, but, like Wayminders, can only do so twice after a long rest period. The actions that each character takes in the past have no effect on the present day, as all the actions would have already happened in the past. Time Jumpers can't leave Creon, either -- attempting to do so would simply bring them back to the present. Creon's Grand Shapers are also able to significantly slow the aging process, and therefore many of them can exist in Creon at once. They were mostly in hiding at the time of Time Jumpers.

Creon is the location where many of the events in Time Jumpers occur. Notable locations include the Iron Fort, various caches (where the valuables of world walkers are stored), Governor Vass's mansion, and the underground lairs of Grand Shapers like Kendo Rattan and Lorenzo Debray. In the past, Creon's Grand Shapers were hunted by the Perennial Serpent, which was the physical manifestation of Elegance Pemberton's shaping power. A mysterious figure known as the Ancient One was occasionally witnessed beside it. As seen in Time Jumpers, Creon is composed of deserts, plains, forests, mountains, and tundra.
